This website is owned and operated by WIX. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Clothing and customized goods. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL. I HIGHLY recommend trying on the shoes before purchasing to ensure they are the correct size.

Due to the custom nature of these products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Double check your address before sending products me because I am not responsible for your order being sent to the wrong place. 

I am also not responsible for your order being "stolen" off your porch, out of your mailbox, etc. :( sorry!

If you are sending me your item that you would like customized, I am not responsible if it does not arrive to my house. I suggest providing a signature with delivery when shipping to me to ensure the package gets to me safely.

If your order is sent back to me because you provided the wrong address / an incomplete address, you will be responsible for that additional shipping fee and must pay for it before I send the product back to you.

You can pay an additional fee of $5 for insurance on your product , or a $3 fee for signature with your delivery. 

 

FAQ

 

❥ " Do I need to provide a jacket or will you provide one?"

          →The answer is, either! You can send me denim you'd like customized or I can provide it for you. If I provide the denim I add the cost of it to the cost of the design. You can also order any piece online and enter my address for your shipping address

 

❥ "How long will it take to receive my custom order?"

          →Upon discussing your order, I will place a wait time for you to be aware of before making your purchase. It ranges depending on custom order, but usually is a 6-8 week turnaround period, I am a one woman team!

 

❥  "What designs do you offer"

          →The answer is.. anything you want. If you want something thats posted on my page thats been sold, I can replicate that design for you as desired! The only exception here is that I will not copy another artists design. If you send me a picture of custom sneakers you've seen on vsco or Pinterest and you want theme exactly copied I will not steal their design, although I CAN adjust their design and transform it into my own creation therefore respecting their art. 

 

❥ "Can I wash the denim / shoes?" "Will the design come off or flake?"

          →Yes you can absolutely wash your creations! Through trial and error, I have found the best paints and processes to ensure that your custom piece will be durable. While you can technically machine wash your painted denim, to ensure longevity and lasting vibrance, I suggest gently hand washing. If you choose to machine wash, wash on gentle cold cycle and air dry! For shoes, I apply Angelus Direct leather paints which guarantee your designs will last. They will never peel, chip, flake or fade. I wear my air forces that have monarch butterflies painted on them almost every day and the design looks exactly how it did the day they were painted. 

 

❥ "Can we negotiate your pricing?"

          →No, I do not negotiate my pricing, I am fair to all of my customers and strategically price my products based on time and difficulty. 

 

❥"Can I rush my order and get it quicker than your stated turnaround time?"

          →Yes depending on the circumstances. To make your order a priority, you can pay my "rush fee" which varies depending on product.
