Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped out through the United States Postal Service. 

All products which are not hand painted are  aimed to be packaged and shipped within 1-2 days

Custom hand-painted items have longer turnaround periods based on order capacity this can range.

Custom accessories (ex: keychains) : 3-4 weeks turnaround

Custom sneakers & denim  : 3-5 weeks turnaround

Standard Shipping for accessories is $4 , first-class mail , comes with tracking

Standard Shipping for shoes is $15, priority mail, comes with $50 insurance and tracking

Standard Shipping for clothing is $8, priority mail, comes with $50 insurance and tracking

ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL. I HIGHLY recommend trying on the shoes before purchasing to ensure they are the correct size.

Due to the custom nature of these products, I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products.

Double check your address before sending products me because I am not responsible for your order being sent to the wrong place. 

I am also not responsible for your order being stolen off your porch, out of your mailbox, etc. :( sorry!

If you are sending me your item that you would like customized, I am not responsible if it does not arrive to my house. I suggest providing a signature with delivery and insurance on your parcel when shipping to me to ensure the package gets to me safely.

If your order is sent back to me because you provided the wrong address / an incomplete address, you will be responsible for that additional shipping fee and must pay for it before I send the product back to you.

You can pay an additional fee of $5 for insurance on your product , or a $3 fee for signature with your delivery.
