Return Policy:

Items can be returned within 14 days of Purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition (tags attached, items unwashed/unworn/stainless and hygienic liner must be intact if there is one). Customer will be responsible for return and shipping costs and will not be refunded until returned items have been evaluated upon said return.

 

***If your item does not meet the standards for return, you will not receive a refund / exchange and you will be responsible for return shipping costs***

 

Return Process

• Fill out Order Return Form. (linked below)

• Enclose the form within the package being sent back.

• Upon filling out the form, please email xodestdesign@gmail.com to receive return

shipping address.

• After your return is received, allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed.

• Once return is processed, a refund will be issued on the card of which the order was

placed/ paypal, or tracking will be sent for the exchanged item if it is available.

 

Refunds:

We are issuing refunds on all orders that are within the Return Policy Guidelines. All refunds

will be issued to your original form of payment.

 

Exchanges:

-We cannot guarantee your item/size will be available for exchange. Exchanges are processed

for the amount paid for each item. We do not honor new discount codes on exchanges.

-We highly recommend adding insurance to any orders valued at $50 dollars or higher in the event there is an issue during transit and the parcel is lost. We value the safety of your items

and want to ensure customer satisfaction.
